Think I've found the exact date for this one - according to a monograph on a certain Dalmatian partisan unit, they mention they first used their newly-delivered PIATs as early
6/44 (for attacks on Ustaše bunkers). So quite a bit earlier than I thought.
On a side note, this is interesting since it implies the British gave priority to the Yugoslav partisans over their Italian counterparts, who only received PIATs in 8/44 or later.
