My teck is switched for Borg Teck

I am using several of the Star Trek races (love them), however I play as an Organic race.
I have studied or swapped to get some of the Borg teck.

I design my ships using my Organic III armor and some Borg repair units.

When I goto upgrade my ships my Orgainc III aromor becomes Borg Structure I .

I did some testing and it seems as though if I have any regular teck stuff that has a Borg
Version it will be switched to the Borg Version when I goto upgrade the ship. Even
though the Borg stuff is not as good.
So I get the Borg structure insted of my Organic armor, borg boarding parties for my
boarding parties, and so on.

I don't think this should happen. What can I do to stop it?
