Climate Control Facility

Thanks. It took me another somewhat 20 more turns to have it changed to its next climate level. By the time the result was shown rest of my entire colonies including my homeworld became inhabitable and I had to quit the campaign. I am really wondering how other fellows are coping with those waves of atmospheric sabotages. especially when the campaign led the player to be in a 'defensive position'

It simply sucks, and I can't find a way to stop it.
