N,R: I've got a solution to the ice planet problem. Just give me your star charts and I'll run puppet political parties on your homeworlds. Then, viola, no more ice planets in your rock empire and you don't have to worry about trying to explain it anymore... I should have PPP in, oh about 70 turns at my current research rate. Can you wait that long?

I've been working on my race history, but it has more internal inconsistencies than a Hollywood movie. Eventually I'll get over being embarrased by them and post it...
