Problems with new MOD(mephisto)

Ok, this is my problem. Possible bug(or my computers fritzy again ). After 20 or so turns ( or much less sometimes) I get an 'access violation' with the se4.exe on the start of the Xi'Chung or the Sergetti turn. Yes this is the latest Version of the mod. Read in the various readme's that this problem had been fixed in a previous Version but I have to go into the game and surrender both players manually to someone else to get the game to continue. Also get the odd notice of 'cannot load designcreation.txt of Sergetti or Xi'Chung the odd time to.)
Has anyone else gotten these Messages??, other than this the mod has been great, loved the Narn and other shipsets. Hopefully this is just a problem that I can fix with just a re'install of the game or such.
