Someone had mentioned having graphics problems, including ships/planets/etc. that are invisible. I used to have it happen periodically in the beta, but Aaron thought he fixed the problem, and I had not had it happen for a while. Yesterday, I had it pop up on me again. This one is tough to find, because if you save the game and reload, the problem is gone. If you see this problem, I would recommend taking a screen shot, making a save game (in case somehow it can help), and sending them, along with the specifications for your system to
starfury@malfador.com. Perhaps by giving him some different cases we can provide the clue as to what is happening. I know that, at least for my system, these graphics problems are far more infrequent than before he made his Last fix, so hopefully, he is on the right track.
