Maybe you know what i mean, we would like to choose the same pretender again and again, maybe with one or two commanders with him together.

Is there any way to do this?

I still only have the demo, but if you have already created a pretender for a nation, you can use this single pretender for more than one game, provided you do not "create a new god" in the main menu before creating a game.
However, you will not be able to change your dominion setting, or your special theme.

You cannot, however, take leaders other than your pretender from one game to another, AFAIK.
