This is a terrible situation and I'm praying for a good outcome. I agree that you should be very careful about posting information to a web site. Definitely speak with an attorney before you do anything that you could regret later.
Although I have some trouble trusting people in the federal government (power corrupts), perhaps it would be worthwhile to speak with your congressman or senator about your problem. If they are honorable, they may be able to work behind the scenes to resolve the problem or put enough pressure on the agency to get the situation resolved satisfactorily.
May God give you strength and wisdom to deal with this situation...
