I suppose that in order to be able play over 64.000 turns, you need to be one of the following:
a) an AI (possibly blocked in a single system by black holes
b) deliberately trying to see if the game freezes or resets the clock to 2400.0, using the none-AI mod, simulating play on different machines, and batch-hosting it

c) insane.
