How can I read all the units descriptions ?

Hi,

First thanks to the deeloppers for such a great game.

I would love to read the descriptions for all units since they are so interesting but to do so do I have to start a game with all nations ? I'm sure there is a file who contain all the info can somebody tell me what it is, it would be really appreciated.
