Ah Haa, made me look.

Yes, my copy has both V and IV on it. One disk. Unfortunately, that won't help Dogboy because if that was what he had I am sure it would be known. I got mine at GameStop. It has a sticker on the outside saying "Exclusive Bonus Edition" "Includes SEIV Deluxe".
