just noticed these notes? They've been there since the game was originally released. Yes, there were some grand plans but many of them were not finished. Cargo carrying drones, for instance. Fighters cannot warp. Monster troops were never invented though I hope he might still do it. Along with a gazillion other things like space monsters, warp gates, planetary cloaks, planetary engines, etc., etc...
I have noticed that 'special' damage types don't work as Drone warheads and complained to MM. I hope it will be fixed.
