Oh man, that is some serious thread necromacy... at least a D9 spell must have been used

Anyway - i never finished this mod, but i did change a few things, like making the eagle white

. The newest ver is attached to this post.
Hope you like it, as i had to perform quite a search to find it in my archives and check if it worked.
