Defense Mount Mod

Here is a new Defense Mount Mod. It contains only compenhancement.txt file with the new mounts. The idea of this mod is to increase usefulness of Weapon Platforms and Bases (although Bases still need to be placed correctly). Weapon platform mounts have changed, so now they get the same range bonuses as bases (2,4,6). There are also 2 new mount types included:

- Base Point Defense Large, Heavy and Massive mounts that improve range of Point-Defense cannons by 2,4 and 6.

-Weapon Platform Point Defense Large, Heavy and Massive mounts that improve range of Point-Defense cannons by 1,2 and 3.
