Default AI Intelligence projects.

When I made a game with the new Darlok race, that relies mainly on intelligence, I realized the following problem:
What is the use of the General Espionage projects for a computer empire? I think none, because the AI cannot understand the information it gets from these projects. Therefore it should be possible to exclude these projects for the AI. The only exception is the Technology Espionage, where you get new technology. MM should create an AI Intelligence Project File like the AI Contruction Vehicle Data File, where you could specify and individually adjust the frequency of the individual intelligence projects for the AI. That would probably increase the performance of the AI intelligence quite a bit.
In my game the poor Darlok got beaten by the Eee (also under computer control) because they wasted their intelligence points on general espionage projects instead of crew insurrection or other sabotage projects on the ships that were about to destroy their colonies!
