Bug in 1.84? Trade/gift

Two games in 1.84, both which have just turned over have an aborted trade or gift.

In one game, a player offered to trade tecnology, I accepted and no trade! It was a massive trade, so I made sure I accepted it.

In another game, a player offered me a gift, I accepted and no gift! The gift was valuable, so I made sure I accepted it.

I have not had any problems with trades or gifts till now.

I understand the following is what takes place,

Turn X......Offer of trade or gift
Turn X+1..Acceptance of trade or gift
Turn X+2..Execution of trade or gift.

Has anybody else experienced a problem with trades or gifts.
