As stated in the Newbie FAQ:

1.5.1 Victory conditions are �and� not �or�.

This is exactly backwards. The first victory condition reached will end the game. The only exception is the time limit at which victory conditions will take effect.

Therefore:

1.5.1 Victory conditions are "or" not "and".
