Ruin tech (Again)

I prefer getting the Massive Shield Depleter and putting it on my boarding ships....the depleter and the boarding parties are both one use, so I figure..what the heck, no? Not something I do often (the randomness of unique techs factors in), but it's fun being able to knock out all shields (given a good enough mount and good accuracy) and board at almost the same time . I haven't really found a use for the other Uniques yet, but I have to agree that the Massive Ionic Disperser is kind of lacking.
