If people were trustworthy, then non-US people could copy their CD for friends, who would then send MM the proper payment, minus the shipping cost. Result: everyone's happy, and global warming is reduced.

But, sadly, most people are not that trustworthy. What a shame. Let us all work to make the world a place where the only law needed is love. Meanwhile, obey the law! Copying software is STEALING!
