I don't rate people for 2 reasons:

1. I'd only bother if I were going to give them a 5, or (maybe) a 1, anyway...

2. I don't know how to take it back... what if Suicide Junkie flies off the handle and becomes a homicide junkie?

Or what if a flamer I rated a 1 months ago has reformed and become an upstanding member of the community?
