Missing graphic?

I have been unable to locate the "swashbuckler image" (filename comp_286). It evidently wasn't on my HD after installing the game (ver. 1.84); and it isn't in the image modpack (ver. 1.14) or the P&N mod (Version 3.1RC7).

When I try to run the P&N mod, if I rightclick on the swashbuckler component I get an error message re: the missing graphic and cannot escape without using task manager to end SE4G. Anyone able to tell me what I'm doing wrong and where to get the image?
