Multiple Mods

I saw many mods now, and I ask myself if I could use this mods and the normal standard game at once. Do I have to install SeIV for every mod I want to play?

And I would like to thank Fyron as his quadrant mod was exactly what I looked for (I try to do that on my on, its much work I think, to good I found the QuMod so soon

)
