FQM games on PBW

I just wanted to clarify, I thought I heard something about the latest Version of FQM Deluxe being incompatible with the stock data files? So if I want to start a PBW game using FQM, I'd have to explicitly pick it and not just pick "Stock 1.84"? I have a game that's going to start in about 2 weeks (Any more takers for Infinite Chaos?

) and I currently have it set to stock 1.84, but if I have to get it changed I'd like to know before the game starts to save everyone some trouble
