Probably Asked a Million Times - Cheat Codes Not Working

Using these cheat codes:

Cheat mode:

Hold [Ctrl] and type one of the following codes
at the indicated screen to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Effect	Screen	Code
Add 100,000 to all resources	Empire status	money
Full ship movement	Ship report	movement
Build time for first time 5 years less	Purchase window	fast
Re-supply ship	Ship report	resupply
All ship damage repaired	Ship report	repair

Only the "money" cheat code works. The others do not work. I have tried it on every window that deals with a ship. There is no official "ship report window". If anyone could show me a screenshot of what it looks like... or maybe its because those cheats are disabled now?

I am running SE4 Gold with the latest gold patch.
