For those of you hoping that PBW would be back up this morning (Hey, it's Monday, WTF?!?!

) don't expect anything before this afternoon EST. The technician is on the dispatch for sometime after 1 PM. That doesn't mean it will be back up at 1PM, just that that's the earliest he will show up to check things out.
