So anyway for those that read my email that I posted a while ago, Perry called me. Guess he sensed the frustration in my email.
He is taking ownership of the problem and will be my own personal whipping boy if things aren't resolved pretty soon.
There is aparently one mroe piece of equipment that the phone company has not verified yet even though the DSL company asked them to. That will be checked in the morning.
If that doesn't fix it the next step is to get a DSL and phone company tech out at the same time to coordinate and find the problem. Apparently that is something that is difficult to get done. It sucks, but I can understand it knowing how hard it is to get an exact time a field serv ice tech is going to be onsite. This is true even with my company.
