That' an indication of sloppy zip file setup. Mind you, all my zip files are like this 
Move all *.bmp and *._AI.txt files to the /pictures/races/"thar race name" folder. Move .emp files to /empires folder. Move "racename".txt -or something like this that is basically a column of names - to /designnames folder.
That' how to clean up this rather typical race_unzipping mess.
