Nagging SE V question

hey, I´m sure this has been asked a few times before but I couln´t find any Posts on this using search and the >50 pages of the SE V post involve way too much reading I even tried google and other search engines but could only find several obscure news articles dated 2001 and 2002 telling how great SE V will be....
So here are the Questions:

- how far is Se V in development?
- does it have an offical homepage yet?
- is the release date known/speculated/foretold ?
- any other info known on Se V? (specs, options, eye candy, general game info)
