AST Mod 1.9.3 AI problems

This is the latest available mod on the Atrocities website, however, the AI problem of all the AI only using depleted duranium weapons still exists. Is there a newer Version that has a......smarter AI? Or perhaps a way I can mod it so the AI uses better weapons?

Also, when I add something like a gravitational warp generator to a ship. Everytime in battle, all it does is run away. Is there a way to change this?
