Tesco had very good tips.
And I would also recommend building a SY on EVERY planet. Do not leave a single one. This hsould be common knowledge for us all in this game but just to not leave a stone unturned..
You will have more resources then you know what to do with by midgame so as many SYs as possible is a good thing.
