Ok, well the only way that makes sense is if your browser is reading fmom Cache or something, since RTC connects to the seiv.pbw.cc as well. Unless you put the ip in the tools/options. If you did, then it's just that the DNS hasn't gotten around to you yet. If you've got seiv.pbw.cc in RTC tools/options, then you need to get your browser to refresh.
