You are misunderstanding the process, but that's not surprising. We all originally signed onto a 'non-disclosure' agreement to become testers just like you'd expect. But then the 'leader' of the beta test process started posting these change logs in the public forum! This was a bit of a surprise since we'd signed non-disclosure agreements.
Eventually, as you see happening now, even ordinary testers took it upon themselves to post these change logs since the 'official' representative of the company had been doing so all along.
So don't be tricked by the public notices. This is still a closed beta process -- I think?
And there won't be any publicly downloadable patch until the main page here and at MM's own site announces it.
