I'm pretty sure the general consensus is just that - not worth the 3000 points. Especially since you're planets will never get jubuilant(sp) and you'll not be able to get the production bonuses from that.
Most players use the points for other things and just make sure they put troops (cheap, cockpit-only) on each planet. Always keeps 'em Happy and above for me.... |
