Its kinda funny about the 2 you mentioned, many of those images came from BOTF with the blue background including those 2. I sized them and changed them to a BMP file. I then replicated..hehe..the background with a paint program and cut and pasted new races onto it, such as the Dominion, Gorns, Breen, and others. It would be possible to create other backround colors like a green or red tint instead of blue. I was even thinking of putting the race symbol in the corner or in the background, haven't got that far yet though.
