saving error

I don't know if any one has mentioned this before, but I found some very interesting erros in the most recent patch. I have had ships/satellites moved when I load up a saved game. I have also had some issues with ships, planets, populations and cargo just disappearing on me (Not sure if this is when I'm saving or just in middle of the game). Is Aaron aware of these and is there any chance (however unlikely) that he might fix it?
