Lookin for a 3d program

Ok, I have givin up on Pov-ray/moray for now. They seem way to user UNfriendly. Does anyone know of a 3d modelling program out there I can use for SEIV that is EASY to use (point, click, and voila!)? I've done a web search and all the ones I found were either out of date, in a forign language or hideously complex. Any suggestions would be helpful.(maybe it's time to visit Elec. Botique

).
