Ssshh!!! Not worth the bother, though, IMO. He is not sacred or blessed, so doesn't get the cool bless bonuses.

I figured out how to get 2 prophets, though... make you god a prophet... kill him... wait... make a new prophet... call back your god (he's still a prophet)

But, yes, as Endoperez said, this is a bug and will be fixed soon - the god is not supposed to become his own prophet, except for maybe the Wyrm which has 2 heads, 2 brains, and I would assume 2 identities...
