Upgrades , Patches, Expansions ???

I've recently bought the game and have two important questions.
Questions only the developers could probably answer.

Will this game have upgrades available where additional monsters, events or spells have been added and made available for download??

or

Will the game have expansions or sequels eventually made available??
((Great game and I'm hoping to see more stuff added as time goes on))

or

Will the game just have a few patches to fix known bug/balance issues??
((This is good... but hopefully one of the first two will also exist.))
