Dom-PPP: The Disappearing Scales

Yes, my Abysia is officially screwed over. I don't know what happened, but apparently somebody up and stole their scales. Ongoing games with Abysia, as well as nay new ones I might want to start have the problem that I can't see my scales in the dominion info box in any province, even the home one. It shows what the province scales are, but the ones under "God's Dominion" aren't there, just plain grey boxes. The scales themselves exist and have an effect, but I just can't see them, and it annoys the hell out of me.

The problem is specific to Abysia, other nations are not affected, which leads me to suspect that either there is a bug, or some file somewhere has been corrupted.

Help would be appreciated.
