1.35 and the demo (bugs)

I downloaded the patch and it doesn't seem to affect the demo. Will there be an upgraded demo?

I notice that in the galaxy map view my resupply depots are not being reported correctly (it misses ones I have and adds ones I don't). Is that a known bug and/or is it fixed in the shipping game?
