Is this a 1.35 bug?

Ok. I'm starting a new game (not quickstart)with the TDM-Modpack 1.61, and I just installed SE4 v1.35. I add existing empire (mine). All the other empires were random computer choices (high # thereof).

I click begin game.

Immediately I get a message saying, and I quote:

Unknown value "Political Savy" for Race Opt 2
Characteristic 3 type in record "Abbidon".

Unknown value "Political Savy" for Race Opt 3
Characteristic 3 type in record "Abbidon".

end quote.


I've never seen this error before loading 1.35. However, I don't recall ever encountering the Abbidon, either. Soooo.....

Ummm....

HUH?

Any helpful hints out there?
