That's be very soon as in "those that make such decisions haven't said exactly and probably don't know as it is currently being tested."

IOW, nobody can promise tomorrow because tonight somebody could find a bug worthy of delaying the release. It'll be out as soon as it has been reasonably evaluated as not being problematic.
