Error with eyecandy mod and TDM modpack

I have recently installed the eyecandy mod with the TDM modpack.

I seem to be getting an error regarding a 'Dark Wing' formation when the Darlok and Piundium(sp?) AI's kick in durn turn generation.

Upon replacing the eyecandy's formation file with the TDM's formation file, the error dissapears.

Just FYI for the respective modders.
