Ice Devil (with arms)

Blood Thorn
Lucky Coin
Winged Helmet
Elemental Armor
Winged Boots
Antimagic Amulet
Ring of Regeneration

Set to Cast: Quickness, Breath of Winter, Attack -Wherever.

Edit: Or if you don't have access to fire/earth, Rainbow Armor/Ring of Tamed Lightning
