crash bug woes

running 1.35 with TDM Modpack 172.
Large galaxy, 17 opponents.
med. difficulty
at month 26.7
Starting to close off wormholes, in 4th place.

Every bloody time I get here the game crashes and gives me the following message:

"Access violation at address 005abec7 in module 'se4.exe' read of address ffffffff.

Don't know exactly why, but it is consistent. Have tried re-loading previous years and still when I get to this point get this crash error.
