No idea. I don't do anything special. I suspect that it must be a graphics card driver issue. SE4 comes up on my main monitor and I can move the cursor across the screens normally. Works quite nicely for me, both at home (2 monitors, SE4 on left one), and at work (3 monitors, SE4 on the middle monitor).
