Map Editing Troubles
When I open a TGA without any map file created this start already with many provinces ... why?
And how do I remove or add provinces??? I clicked everywhere as the manual say, but I didn't managed to do anything.
Well I suppose is something about the white dot province ... because all those unwanted provinces are in the Icy Land ... so I need to know what the exact RGB of the Prov Dotting, so I can sub that colour with one similar, eliminating all those unwanted provinces ... right?
