That's right, Chief. Bifrons is normally W3/S2, BTW. The reincarnated vampire came with S6/W4, including his equipped items....meaning that he had been empowered twice in Astral as well. Pretty sweet.
Or maybe as part of the bug, his stats including items became his base stats when he died.
And why would anyone give an ice devil a water bracelet?
