Unequipable Armor?

As stated in my original post - unable to equip the Stymphalian Wings, also Monolith / Aseftik's. To give a little more information - this is on the Allfather, and Vanheim's other Van leaders. I can, as stated, sort of understand the Wings - better if it was equipable but didn't give flight, but understandable.

But being unable to equip the heavy artifact armors. As I stated in the original post - non-mounted commanders can equip them. But not the mounted leaders.
