I absolutely applaud the "no reset button" in Dom2, (that's the way to play).
However, at the same time, it makes it rather risky to try out actions/spells/movement/scripts you haven't used before, not in a strategic sense but in a purely practical sense, as in "wanting to see if that really works how you think it would work", so that you can improve your playing skill.
You might just lose your carefully managed game when your "experiment" backfires.
This is a script I'd like to try out,but am a little hesitant towards because it might turn ugly at the same time.
Virtue,
2Air, 1Water
SR, FR, Protection 19, Defense 15, HP's 57.
Script :
- Quickness
- Mistform
- Attack once ( random opponent : is the part I like least about it)
- Shockwave
- Shockwave
- Attack (enemy archers)
The idea is off course to stop a huge oncoming group of infantry, shockwave the heck out of them (6 area's
) twice in Turn 3 due to the Quickness, while at the same time my two Black Sorcerers hurl Fireballs, The Sorceress mixes it up with Magma Bolts and 40-some Archers take aim, while a group of about 20 Machaka Hoplites advances to mop up and evacuate Virtue.
Any "bugs" you can discover in that script,
Warnings ? ...... applause?
